The common areas at Pine Grove Lakes are private property. They are owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. They are for the exclusive use by members of the Homeowners Association and their Guest only. No public access is allowed with out permision of the PGL Board. Park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Dogs must be leashed at all times. This is also a Town Ordinance. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Loud music and loud or offensive behavior is prohibited. These may be construed by the Town of Ramapo Police Department as "disturbing the peace" and you may be ticketed or, possibly, arrested. Do not feed the geese. Feeding the geese leads to overpopulation and the death of many of the animals. Swimming is only allowed at
PGL Beach during posted Beach Hours. |
